This Privacy Policy explains how Permitti, a d/b/a of Spaced Agency LLC (“Permitti,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you use our services, including the Permitti website (the “Website”) and any associated services we provide (the “Services”). This policy applies to all interactions with Permitti, both online and offline.


1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

  • Contact details – name, postal address, e‑mail, telephone.

  • Payment details – billing address; card data handled by our PCI‑compliant processor.

  • Project information – business name, project address, drawings, photos, zoning data and other permit‑related material.

  • Any other information you voluntarily supply (e.g., feedback, survey responses).

Social‑media log‑ins
If you choose to sign in with Google, Facebook, LinkedIn or another provider, we receive the profile data you authorize (e‑mail, display name, profile image, etc.). We use it only to create or authenticate your Permitti account; we do not post to your timeline. You may revoke access in your social‑media privacy settings.

Information collected automatically
When you visit the Website we log: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring URLs, and time spent. This is gathered via server logs, first‑party cookies and analytics scripts.


2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, operate and improve the Website and Services.

  • Generate preliminary, non‑binding fee estimates and other transactional messages.

  • Process payments and issue invoices.

  • Personalize content and recommendations.

  • Analyse usage for site performance and marketing effectiveness.

  • Comply with legal obligations or defend our rights.

Sensitive‑data notice – The intake forms are intended only for project information. Do not upload medical, financial‑account, Social‑Security–type data or other legally protected personal information; our systems are not designed to store it and we will delete it if discovered.


3. Sharing of Personal Information

We share Personal Information only:

  • With trusted service providers (hosting, payment, analytics, customer‑support) bound by confidentiality.

  • In a merger, acquisition or asset sale.

  • When required by law or to protect Permitti’s rights, safety or property.

We do not sell or rent your Personal Information.


4. Security

We employ reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards. No system is 100 % secure; if you believe your data has been compromised, contact us immediately.


5. Your Choices

  • Marketing opt‑out – Click “unsubscribe” in any marketing e‑mail or e‑mail hello@permitti.com.

  • Access / correct / delete – E‑mail the same address; we will respond within 30 days.

  • Do‑Not‑Track – Browsers may send DNT signals; Permitti currently does not respond to them.


6. Retention

We keep Personal Information only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law (e.g., tax records).


7. Cookies, Tracking Technologies & Advertising

We use first‑party cookies and similar technologies for site analytics and functionality.
We also deploy advertising pixels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag) to measure campaign performance and show you relevant ads. These third‑party providers may link cookie data to your profile on their platforms under their own privacy policies.

Opt‑out: adjust your browser settings, visit the Network Advertising Initiative opt‑out page (https://optout.networkadvertising.org/) or change ad‑preferences in your social‑media accounts.
