Last Updated: April 23, 2025

Please read these Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) carefully. By accessing or using the Permitti website https://permitti.com/ and blog (the “Site”), you consent to this Agreement.

This Agreement is between you and Spaced Agency LLC, doing business as Permitti (“Permitti,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), with its registered address at 732 S 6th St Ste R, Las Vegas, NV 89101. This Agreement governs your use of the Site, including any materials and services available on it, and any successor sites (the “Site”).

By using the Site, you affirm that you are of legal age to enter into this Agreement. If you are accessing or using the Site on behalf of any corporation, partnership, or other entity (“Organization”), you agree to this Agreement on behalf of yourself and the Organization, and you represent that you have the legal authority to bind the Organization. The Site is informational only; all professional services are provided exclusively under separate written agreements executed after Permitti issues a formal proposal. Where such a separate agreement is executed, Permitti’s professional scope is limited to producing drawings and related documentation required for permit submissions; we do not provide full architectural design, construction‑administration, or engineering services unless expressly stated in that agreement.

Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer or agreement to perform architectural, permitting, or other related design services. Any fee figures communicated through the Site or follow‑up e‑mails are preliminary estimates and are not binding on either party.

The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Site.

We may update this Agreement at any time by posting a revised version on the Site; posting alone constitutes sufficient notice of the change. Any changes will not apply to disputes arising before the revision was posted or you were notified. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. The “Last Updated” date above indicates the latest version.

We may also modify, discontinue, or impose new fees for any part of the Site at any time, without liability.

2. Jurisdictional Issues
The Site is controlled and operated from the United States and is not intended to subject Permitti to any non-U.S. jurisdiction. We make no claims that the Site or its content is accessible or appropriate outside the U.S. Your use of the Site is at your own risk, and you must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability
In no event will Permitti, its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
